What you provide

Enquiries may include your name, email, company, phone number and message. Talent introductions may include your experience, interests, work links and an optional CV. Please do not include identity-document numbers, financial account details or sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

How it is used

We use enquiry details to respond to your request and talent information to review a potential working relationship. A talent introduction is not an application for a confirmed vacancy or a promise of employment.

Where it goes

Enquiries are addressed to our team@nexusdigital.media. Talent introductions and optional CV attachments are addressed to hr@nexusdigital.media. Authorised team members and the hosting and email services used to process these messages may handle this information.

Storage and retention

The website does not keep a public database of submissions or store CVs in the public website folder. Submitted messages and attachments may remain in the receiving business mailboxes while your request is handled and for necessary business or legal purposes. Contact us for retention information or to request access, correction or deletion.

Essential technical data

The forms use a short-lived session cookie for request security. A hashed network identifier and request counts are kept outside the public website folder for abuse prevention and periodically removed. These controls do not require advertising cookies.
